If you've just finished grad school, you're likely to be practicing under supervision for a while. One good option at that point is to see if you can get supervision from an experienced CBT therapist.
Of course, that may or may not be an option depending on where you are located. If you already have an internship, job, or whatever lined up, check and see if any of the available supervisors have a background in CBT. If you are interviewing for a position, ask whether CBT supervision is available.
You could also check the Academy of Cognitive Therapy directory (

http://www.aabt.org), and the International Association for Cognitive Psychotherapy directory (
http://www.cognitivetherapyassociation.org/) to see if they list anyone in your area. If they do, contact thost individuals and ask them about options for training or supervision.
