Consider the topic of a Classical Adlerian study-analysis. The counselor or psychotherapist being supervised is offered the experience of a personal study-analsyis wherein he/she experiences the therapeutic process and gains a congruence of character with Adlerian philosophy--of course, the training analyst must model this congruence for the exprience to be convincing.
