People with trauma histories very often benefit a great deal from EMDR. With complex trauma histories there is a lot of complex preparation to do first. If you read these forum posts you'll likely find a lot of information to guide you.

Also be aware that we don't do specific case consultations here, thus I have worded my comments generally.
