I am new to this site, but this is just a short message to tell you about a FREE article library site I am creating.

The main theme of the articles is how hypnotherapy is used to successfully treat a number of conditions. There is a sections in the library on quitting smoking, weight control, motivation, stress management, adhd and others, although the majority are hypnotherapy based there are an growing number that look at other alternatives.

As I said this library is very new, however it will grow quickly in size and content and I am depending on readers to also supply their own articles so please check back regularly.
