Cool World's Largest Beaver Dam

Created by generations and discovered by satellite, now 2790 feet long in Northern Alberta, Canada.

How many beavers per acre and how many calories do they spend on maintenance instead of on rearing children? And are the beavers a product of the dam, existing because they made it? Are later generations of beavers more collectivist than earlier ones? And if it fails after several more generations, will that tell us something about the future of New York City?
