Hi everyone! I‘d like to be a child therapist and I have been thinking of getting a MA/ Graduate diploma in Art Therapy. I check the Canadian Art Therapy Association website and they have a list of accredited Art Therapy programs in Canada. Due to my location, my first priority is to apply schools in BC. Is there anyone graduated from the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute or the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute? I am having a hard time to decide which schools to apply.

Also, I wonder should I get a MA in counseling first, and then get cert in Art Therapy. Since there are not many jobs for Art Therapist and I think getting a MA in counseling first may be a better choice.
