Ok Paul, now I understand what you are saying. Yes the influence of his clinical skills is written all over his works. He was an astute observer and astute observers who can integrate what the patient says with personal observation and professional knowledge make our best physicians. I feel that as a physician I do have a small advantage in observing the patient. It would be nice if all therapists had some exposure to the clinical diagnosis of organic disease. Thanks for straightening out my misunderstanding.
