Recommended YouTube videos?
If you go to YouTube and search for "Cognitive Therapy" an incredible number of videos pop up. These include interviews with some of the big names in CBT, videos attempting to teach CBT, videos attempting to demonstrate CBT, and CBT-based videos attempting to help people with their problems.
I haven't had time to view videos and identify the good ones. Do you have any suggestions? Which videos would you recommend to someone who is trying to learn CBT?
