I'm practicing slef-hypnosis for stress management and goal settings for a long time.Sometimes back I've used Erickson's self-hypnosis recording " Magic mirror".

Is it possible to get that recording fro some sources. or I want to buy similar recording for my own use.

I'm new to the USA and I realized the the power of hypnosis very recently..It's life changing..

I have no knowledge of a recording of the produre of which you speak.

I want to learn self-hypnosis but I wonder how effective it can be. If I understand the Ericksonian view correctly, direct suggestions don't really work most of the time. But, I hardly can give myself indirect suggestions during self-hypnosis. Grateful for any advice.
