When we talk of creative adjustment (Perls), is this adjustment always positive or could one adjust creatively in a negative way, in the way one would know of?

I was under the impression that creative adjustment is the goal of the organism, as it makes contact with the environment, and would be healthy behavior. What were your thoughts?

I hope I am not butting in, but I think that as described, creative adjustment is meant more as a positive phenomenon, but could nevertheless in some circumstances be negative.

I wonder sometimes if the formation of a (psychological) addiction, for example, isn't a sort of creative adjustment gone wrong.
